About Us...
ORDA Ethiopia In order to strengthen its financial resources, Abay Construction Enterprise was established as a revenue-generating enterprise in August 2008, in accordance with Article 103 of Proclamation No. 621/2009, which allows charitable organizations and associations to establish revenue-generating enterprises. The company changed its name to Abay Construction Private Limited Company on November 19, 2012, in accordance with Article 510-520 of Proclamation No. 166/1952, which regulates commercial enterprises, in order to participate in various investment activities. It is a for-profit company established and operating under the name of Abay Construction Private Limited Company, owned by two shareholders, namely ORDA Ethiopia and Gafat Endowment.

provider. With over 8 years of expertise, we offer sustainable
and innovative water management systems.
